Welcome to a unique space where together (you and me) we take utmost care of what is most important to you. As a psychologist, coach and trainer, I support others in discovering their inner potential, overcoming crises, and building a life worth living.
Since 2005, I have been working clinically and in business, developing the personal and professional potential of my training participants and providing psychological counseling for adults both in Poland and abroad (including UK, Spain, US, Brazil, Belgium).
The way we will work together is the synergy of my life experiences, psychological studies, psychotherapeutic training, meditation, many years of traveling around the world, and 16 years of experience in clinical and business work with people from all over the world.
During our meetings, I strive to create a safe space where both Polish and English-speaking groups and individuals can find themselves anew, differently, in the eyes of their true beliefs, deep values , and genuine emotions. In our journey, I will invite you to broaden your perspective. Using professional tools, we will travel your world together, building what is important to you and achieving your goals.
In my therapeutic work, I rely on the third wave of CBT combining the effectiveness of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) with a contemplative approach of CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy). I am a professional member of the International Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS).
I place my work under supervision.
